Adult students are welcome to join me on Saturday, September 21st from 7:00pm-9:00pm at Vibe’s SE Studio to explore exercises in inventive painting as a way of transforming mental health. Through the lens of trauma-informed care, Students will be guided through exercises on guiding pain, chronic stress, and symptoms of mental illness into a creative project utilizing acrylics on canvas & paper without brushes.
