CHILDREN
A focus on the essence of Brown and Black childhood in snapshots. Images gleaned from open sources and altered. In the year 2016 an online search for "children" only produced images of white children. In order to find children of color the wording of the search needed to include "Black" "Hispanic" or "Asian" before "children", highlighting one small part of the negligence of representation in online spaces and white supremacy within the current culture.
